People who sell have to understand and read the body language of the person they are talking to.
With COVID this is difficult if you are just using a phone to communicate.
Then You will then have to listen really well

Did you know it takes on average of 5 to 12 “touches” (calls, voicemails, emails, etc) to truly close a prospect?
YUP!
A shot clock exists in basketball to keep the game moving and the action flowing, and all players know they must get the shot off before it hits zero.
Once it hits zero, their chance has expired.
There’s a shot clock in sales, as well.
You have a certain amount of time to follow up with a prospect before the chance at a sale evaporates.
